Job Description
FTS Protection is seeking professional, alert, and dependable Security Officers to provide high-level safety and protection services across residential, commercial, and executive environments. Officers are responsible for maintaining a secure presence, preventing incidents before they happen, and responding quickly and effectively when they do.
This role requires strong situational awareness, clear communication, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a professional image at all times. Officers will conduct patrols, monitor access points, enforce site policies, document incidents, and coordinate with management and law enforcement when necessary.
FTS officers are expected to deliver both **physical security and customer service**, representing the company with authority, professionalism, and control. Assignments may include gatehouse security, mobile patrol, event security, and executive protection support.
**Requirements:**
* Active Florida Class D Security License (Class G preferred for armed positions)
* Strong communication and report writing skills
* Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
* Reliable transportation and professional appearance
* Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
