Assistant General Manager - Full Time

Join an exciting new upscale lounge and nightlife venue in Philadelphia as an Assistant General Manager. This premier rooftop lounge offers an elevated cocktail program, bottle service, and DJ-driven nightlife, catering to a VIP clientele seeking an exceptional experience. You will play a crucial role in managing the vibrant atmosphere, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable visit from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience: Own the guest experience by maintaining high service standards and managing VIP sections and private events.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a dynamic team during both daytime social programming and late-night operations.
Nightly Operations: Oversee the smooth transition from daytime to nighttime energy, ensuring high-level execution across all aspects of service.
Bottle Service Management: Develop and manage bottle service and VIP programs, creating an engaging environment for guests.
Event Coordination: Collaborate with event planners to execute concert-adjacent hospitality and special events.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in managing upscale nightlife, rooftop venues, live music concepts, or elevated clubs.
Proven track record with bottle service and VIP program management.
Strong understanding of food and beverage fundamentals, including labor management, pour costs, and controls.
Experience in late-night crowd and team management.
Currently employed in a comparable concept; no exceptions.

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring availability for late-night shifts and weekends.
