Usher where you'll be among the first to greet our guests, providing excellent customer service during our exciting performances.Whether it's a sold-out concert or comedy show or a blockbuster Broadway Production, you'll be one of our unsung heroes working to ensure everyone has a positive and enjoyable guest experience. As an Usher, you'll also be the smiling face to our guests, ready to answer questions and lend a helping hand.

What you'll do: - CustomerService Approach: Provide excellent customer service with a warm andwelcoming smile as guests navigate the lobbies and seating area.
- Guidanceand Assistance: Provide directional assistance and guidance to guests,answering questions about seating, performance schedules, and amenities.
- CrowdControl: Assist with crowd control and security as needed.
- Safety: Monitor lobbies and seating area to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
What you'll bring: - Proactive:Anticipate guest needs by observing body language and being ready to offerassistance with a friendly disposition.
- Adherenceto Protocols: Commit to following safety and security protocols andguidelines.

Requirements Physical Requirements: - Possesseffective vision and communication skills through speech andlistening.
- Abilityto stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout a shift.
- Ability to work in a variety ofenvironments including heights, darkened corridors, loud noise, flashinglights, and haze effects.
Additional Requirements: - Availablefor flexible hours year-round, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Highschool Diploma or GED.
- Reliabletransportation to Durham, NC.
- Accessto a mobile device such as tablet, personal computer, smartphone forscheduling.
- Mustbe at least 18 years old.
- Legallyable to work in the United States.
