JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform fiber splicing on high‐count cables in active data center environments
• Complete ribbon splicing, including spider ribbon fiber, on tight timelines
• Prep and splice large cable counts as they arrive on site Work efficiently to meet daily splice production expectations
• Move between job sites as project needs shift
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Technical Requirements:
• Fiber splicing experience with the following cable configurations: 8×64 (minimum required) or 69×13
• Experience with ribbon splicing or closely related splicing methods
• Experience prepping cables including: 17/28, 8/64, 69/12, 34/56
• Familiarity with data center fiber environments strongly preferred
• Requirements Minimum 2 years of fiber splicing experience
• Candidates with at least 1 year of splicing experience in any capacity will be considered if they have data center exposure and strong fundamentals
Ability to produce approximately 96–144 ribbon splices per day Client values work ethic, reliability, and attitude; character is prioritized alongside technical ability
