The Detail Manager oversees and helps with the detailing and car wash operations ensuring high-quality services managing the team and maintaining inventory while also acting as a liaison between departments.

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND BEGINS AT $19 to $22 AN HOUR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prompt efficient cleaning of assigned vehicles in a timely manner.
• Assist in license plate transfers and filling the vehicles up with gasoline.
• Manage detail employees.
• Inventory for the detail department.

QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:

• Must possess a valid IL drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
• Past detail management experience.
• Reliable and able to communicate well and take direction from several people.
• Professional clean appearance.
• Able to drive a manual transmission.

• Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• The compensation for the Detail Manager begins between $19 to $22 an hour and depends upon experience.
