About the Role The Guest Room Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas within the accommodation facility are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory. Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely and stored properly according to company policies. Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to coordinate room readiness and address guest requests efficiently. Skills The Guest Room Attendant utilizes attention to detail and organizational skills daily to ensure each room is cleaned thoroughly and efficiently. Communication skills are essential for coordinating with team members and responding to guest needs promptly and professionally.
