Location: Atlanta, GA Employment Type: Full‑Time Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Project Manager or Senior Interior Designer to lead planning, coordination, and execution of interior design projects across a variety of markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative studio environment, enjoys managing complex project workflows, and brings strong technical and organizational skills to every phase of design. You will oversee all aspects of project delivery—from early planning and budgeting through technical documentation, coordination, and implementation—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with design intent. Key Responsibilities Lead interior design projects from concept through completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution Develop detailed project plans, including technical models, time and material estimates, and space planning strategies Collaborate closely with design team members to ensure coordinated, high‑quality project delivery Implement space planning, ceiling design, and code review for assigned projects Coordinate with construction teams, visit job sites, and maintain strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle Prepare and review technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with applicable codes Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team workflows to maintain efficiency and quality Support furniture selection processes (preferred but not required) Maintain impeccable interpersonal communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design required 8+ years of professional interior design experience; 10+ years and a Master’s degree preferred NCIDQ certification preferred but not required Proficiency in Revit and relevant design software; familiarity with Bluebeam , graphic design tools, and Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint Strong leadership abilities, time management skills, and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, collaborate, and communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams Why This Role Stands Out Hybrid work model supporting flexibility and work‑life balance Opportunity to work across municipal, higher education, medical office, and commercial project types Collaborative studio culture with strong support systems Competitive benefits package that exceeds industry averages #J-18808-Ljbffr
