Entry-Level Legal Assistant | Now Injury Law, LLC

Murray, UT (In-Office) |$18–$20/hr DOE | Full-Time

Now Injury Law, LLC is hiring an Entry-Level Legal Assistant to join our in-office team in Murray, Utah. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, professional, and eager to learn while making a real difference in clients’ lives.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in supporting our case managers and helping our firm run smoothly by:

• Assisting with client intake and onboarding
• Answering and routing incoming phone calls while logging call details
• Sending new patient referrals
• Requesting medical records and medical bills
• Assisting with PIP applications and lost wage claims
• Requesting police reports
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Providing day-to-day case manager support

What We’re Looking For

• This is an entry-level role —no prior legal experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable interacting with clients and medical providers
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
• Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, data entry)
