Rula Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In partnership with our parent company, Rula Technologies—an organization focused on innovative tech solutions that improve digital interfaces and user experiences—this role blends high-quality behavioral health care with thoughtfully designed technology to expand access to mental health services. As an LCSW at Rula Health, you will provide direct clinical care to a diverse adult and adolescent population through a combination of in-person and telehealth services. You will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, formulate DSM-5 diagnoses when appropriate, and develop individualized, measurable treatment plans that reflect client-centered goals. Using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT-informed approaches, and trauma-informed care, you will deliver psychotherapy that is culturally responsive and outcome-driven, focusing on symptom reduction, functional improvement, and long-term wellness. You will be responsible for ongoing risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety planning, including suicide and self-harm risk evaluation, while collaborating closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, whole-person care. Accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) is a core part of this role, as is the use of digital tools that support measurement-based care, client engagement, and seamless user experiences.
