Are you looking to make some extra money on the weekends??

We are looking for a number of event staff to work Thursdays-Sundays (can work the days you are available).

Pay is $16.50 per hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with event setup, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to attendees, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
• Ensure thorough cleaning of all bathrooms within the Center.
• Regularly remove trash from hallways, bathrooms, conference rooms, and the lobby.
• Maintain tidy restrooms and open areas ensuring proper upkeep
• Help with the teardown and cleanup after events, ensuring all materials are returned to storage.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during events.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure event success.
• Responsible for monitoring all facilities during events
• Liaison to the public in management's absence
• Enforcing Rules (No alcohol, pets on a leash, no glass bottles, no fighting, etc)
• In the event of an incident, completing and submitting Incident Reports
• Additional duties may be required as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year experience in event management preferred
• Possess and maintain a clear criminal and driving record.
• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining certification in CPR, First Aide, and perform if necessary.
• Attend meetings and training as requested.
• Become active in an organization of related professionals.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies 50 lbs with repetitive movement.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 21 years of age
• Current driver's license issued by state of residence.
• Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.

Must be able to pass a physical exam.
