Create a supportive, judgment-free environment where parents feel heard and empowered to meet their personal lactation milestones.
Lead the development of standardized patient education materials to ensure consistent, high-quality care across the entire maternal-child unit.
Support the medical team by providing expert consultations on complex lactation cases, helping to resolve clinical challenges quickly and effectively.
Advocate for best practices in infant nutrition by using evidence-based data to refine our programs and improve patient satisfaction scores.
