Position Overview
We are hiring a dependable and customer-focused Tow Truck Driver to assist motorists, local municipalities, and AAA members in need. We’re looking for dependable, hard-working drivers who want steady hours, strong pay, and a drama-free work environment. If you show up with a positive attitude, stay productive, and take care of customers—you’ll succeed here.

No prior towing experience? No problem—we provide paid training for the right candidate with the right attitude.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to towing, accident, and roadside service calls 
• Assist motorists with battery installations, lockouts, fuel deliveries, and tire changes 
• Tow and transport vehicles safely to designated locations 
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintain equipment/tools
• Communicate with dispatch, teammates, and customers throughout each call 
• Complete service tickets and maintain accurate records 
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards 
• Deliver professional, high-quality service

• Ability to stay calm under pressure 
• Basic mechanical/automotive knowledge (preferred, not required) 
• Team player with good communication skills

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (clean driving record required)
  
   (No more than 2 minor violations in the past 3 years)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening 
• Must obtain DOT Medical Card (company reimbursed)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends 
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions 
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and manage towing tasks.
• Basic mechanical skills are a plus.
