Responsibilities Modernization & Transformation Evaluate legacy systems and interfaces to identify usability gaps and modernization opportunities Redesign outdated user experiences into intuitive, efficient, and scalable solutions Translate complex legacy workflows into streamlined, user‑friendly journeys Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by aligning UX with modernization goals Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience redesigning or modernizing legacy systems or complex enterprise applications Strong portfolio demonstrating transformation of outdated or complex interfaces Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design Strong understanding of user‑centered design and usability best practices Experience working with design systems and scalable UI frameworks Familiarity with front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and technical constraints Desired Qualifications What you can expect from us BCore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
