Compensation & Bonuses Total compensation from $84,500 to $119,000 annually, plus competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership opportunities. Annual monthly performance bonuses (uncapped). Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship bonuses for supervising RBTs pursuing master’s degrees. Certification bonuses for each therapist you supervise who becomes certified. Relocation package available. 401(k) with company match.
